How the box works ✦

The whole protocol on one page. If anything here surprises you, don't deposit.

YOUR USDGVAULT ✦TSLA · AMZN · PLTR …BOX TOKENSREDEEM 24/7
01

Deposit USDG

Any amount — no minimum, fully fractional. Small mints get a gas-vs-amount warning, never a block. You decide.

02

Vault buys the box

One batched buy on Uniswap at the box's exact target weights, with an oracle-derived slippage guard on every leg.

03

You hold the receipt

Box tokens = your exact share of the vault at the NAV before your deposit. Backed 1:1 by real stock tokens, always.

04

Exit any way, any day

Cash out to USDG, or take the stocks directly (in-kind). In-kind works even when everything else is paused — no oracles, no pools, no permission.

[ 02 — FEES ]

Simple toll booth

Three fees, all visible, all split with the person who packed the box.

0.5%
Mint fee

Taken once on entry, in USDG, before the swap. What the receipt says is what you pay.

0.50.25%
Redeem fee

Halves once your oldest tokens turn 90 days old — first-in-first-out per wallet. Transfers reset the clock for the recipient.

1%/yr
Management fee

Streamed by minting new supply — the vault never sells your stocks to pay itself. Fee-held tokens don't pay fees on themselves.

Where every fee goes

50% — BOX CREATOR50% — PLATFORM

Every fee a box generates — mint, redeem, management — is split 50/50 between the platform and whoever packed the box. Claimable anytime from the Vault page. No lock, no minimum, forever. Flagship boxes (packed by the platform itself) send 100% to the platform.

Pricing & backing — verify it yourself

NAV = Σ balanceOf(stock) × chainlink_price
navPerToken = NAV / totalSupply
backing = always 100.00% ✓

Prices come from Chainlink feeds (stock feeds update 24/5; stale prices are rejected). Corporate actions are already inside the Chainlink price — the vault never double-counts. Every number above is a public view call: check it on the explorer whenever you like.

[ 03 — RISKS ]

Read this twice

Honest list, kept current. The exit door is the design priority.

Unaudited

Contracts are young and unaudited. Deposit caps are on (per-vault TVL + per-transaction), shown in the mint panel, until an audit lands.

Thin pools

Stock-token liquidity is early; large USDG mints/redeems will slip. Slippage guards cap the damage — and the in-kind path avoids pools entirely.

Oracle

Stale or broken feeds pause oracle-dependent paths automatically. In-kind redemption keeps working — it never reads a price.

Chain

Robinhood Chain is weeks old. If the sequencer halts, funds sit safely in the vault and transactions wait. Nothing about the design needs speed to be safe.

Issuer

Stock Tokens are tokenized debt securities that track stock prices — not shares. They carry Robinhood's issuer terms on top of everything above.

Who can use this

Stock Tokens are not offered to persons in the jurisdictions below (per the issuer's disclosures — we mirror the list). The protocol is permissionless, so we remind rather than pretend to police: visitors from these regions see a disclaimer, and anything they do on-chain is their own decision and liability. By connecting a wallet you confirm you understand this.
